1. General information only
MyFinancialFuture provides general financial information only. It is not a financial product or service, and it is not personal financial advice. MyFinancialFuture does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Nothing on MyFinancialFuture should be construed as a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product.
The projections shown are based on your inputs and stated assumptions. They are illustrative models, not a prediction of future performance or investment returns. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Before making any financial decision, consider seeking advice from a licensed financial adviser.
2. Use of the service
MyFinancialFuture is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the service to provide financial advice to third parties, re-sell outputs, or get around usage limits.
3. Accounts and authentication
MyFinancialFuture uses passwordless sign-in via magic link. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. No personally identifying information (name, date of birth, address, TFN) is required to create an account.
Accounts inactive for 30 days are automatically deleted along with all associated data. You may also delete your account manually from Profile settings at any time.
4. Demographic data and consent
If you choose to provide demographic information (age bracket, gender, relationship status), you grant MyFinancialFuture the right to include your de-identified data in aggregate reports that may be shared with third parties. Your individual data will never be shared in a form that identifies you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by updating your Profile.
5. Lead enquiry relay
We do not currently pass your details to any partner business. If we introduce optional partner enquiries in future, we will update these terms first, and nothing will be passed on unless you tick a separate consent box.
6. Cost
MyFinancialFuture is free to use. There are no paid plans or subscriptions. Exporting your plan is free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, MyFinancialFuture is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. MyFinancialFuture and its operators are not liable for financial decisions made in reliance on tool outputs.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
